The payment amount for the month you enrolled is the number of lessons you attended times the cost per lesson in that month.

Beginning from the next month after you enrolled, please set up an automatic payment by Zelle with the due date of the first date of each month to ensure timely processing of your tuition fees. The fixed monthly payment amount is 45 lessons * your fixed rate / 12 months per teaching year.

Q: Can I get a refund for missed lessons?

A: No refunds are given for missed lessons. Make up lessons will be limited to 5 per teaching year and reserved for emergencies + medical illnesses and require 24 hours advance notice.

Q: If I withdraw the enrollment, how much refund I could get or how much due I will pay?

A: Please refer to the withdrawal policy.

Please be prompt – lesson start and end times cannot be adjusted if the student is late. Parents are welcome to observe the lesson or opt for drop-off/pickup, provided they can return before the lesson concludes. However, please note that students cannot be supervised beyond their designated lesson time.

A minimum enrollment commitment of two months is required. To withdraw from classes, notification must be sent via email one week prior to the 1st of the following month. After withdrawal, your refund amount will be your total paid amount minus your fixed rate times the number of lessons you attended since enrollment. If the aforementioned amount is negative, it would be the due amount for the student to pay.

Refunds are not provided for missed lessons. In-person makeup lesson slots are not available for student absences. In the event that a student cannot attend the scheduled lesson, an alternative option is a virtual lesson conducted via Zoom. Please be aware that the maximum number of makeups allowed per teaching year is 5. Once you have canceled and rescheduled lessons 5 times, any subsequent cancellations will be marked as absent without makeup lessons. Please note that a 24-hour advance notice is required for scheduling makeup lessons.

I kindly request you to review our Happy Clef yearly calendar, which indicates specified off dates for the studio. Please note that Happy Clef Holidays and development off days are not included in tuition and are not scheduled for makeup lessons. 

Photo/Video Release: By enrolling at Happy Clef, you grant permission for me to capture photographs/videos of the students for use in our brochures, websites, posters, advertisements, and other promotional materials created by the studio. Additionally, you authorize the studio to copyright such photographs and videos in its name.
